Atlas STwrench扭矩扳手

Atlas STwrench扭力扳手是一款高精度的手动力矩扳手，一般精确度可以达到0.5%以上，可用于生产，也可以用于试验，也是一款高精度的检测扳手。

STwrench扭矩扳手的使用温度一般为5-40度，扭矩测试精度0.5%（20%-100%量程下）和1%（10-20%量程下）；角度测试精度为1度（每360度）；可以存储多达5000条拧紧数据；是带电池的工具，电池输出电压为3.75v及5.2Ah，电池可以工作16小时；其测量头的扭矩大小从0-1000NM不等；测量头里面含有扭矩传感器，采用前置式传感器布置方式，传感器为双应变桥结构，扭矩计数精确不受拧紧手法和螺栓接头的影响；STwrench既然测量扭力值也能测量扭力加转角值，测量头内部是通过陀螺仪实现转角的精确测量，保证角度计数不受操作人员和手法的影响；STwrench能自动检测拐点，可以测试螺栓的残余力矩，可以存储数据及进行曲线数据分析。
